Reloco prides itself on providing a transparent and customer-friendly refund policy tailored to each service offered. Here's a detailed explanation of the refund policy for Packers and Movers service:
1. Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their relocation service booking until 2 calendar day before the scheduled commencement of the relocation process. For example, if a relocation is scheduled to start on August 20th, the cancellation request should be made before August 18th, 12:00:00 AM.
2. Refund Process: If a cancellation is made within the specified period, Reloco will initiate the refund within 7 working days of receiving the cancellation request. However, a booking confirmation fee will be deducted from the refund amount. For within-city relocations, the booking confirmation fee is INR 500, and for between-city (inter-city) relocations, it is INR 1000.
3. Late Cancellation: If a cancellation request is initiated within 1 calendar day from the commencement of relocation, the refund amount will depend on the efforts already made to execute the relocation successfully. Reloco strives to arrange the highest possible value of refund in such cases, but the actual refund amount may vary on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Processing Time: The refund shall be processed within 10 working days from the date of the cancellation request, subject to the deduction of cancellation charges.
5. Policy Updates: The refund policy is subject to change from time to time. Customers are advised to visit the refund policy page regularly to stay updated on any changes.
